Year 1 & 2

In The Rocketship our year 1 and 2 learners have amazing opportunities to learn, play, be curious, and to strengthen their social skills. We believe that literacy and numeracy are the foundations of a quality education.

Our tamariki are led through personalised programmes where every child’s personal learning journey is supported and encouraged to grow. We are really excited about our play-based learning programme that we have just started. It runs closely with our Enviroschools work. Every day children are given time to investigate our amazing outdoor learning spaces and be curious about all aspects of nature.
